Clean & Combine Spreadsheets in Seconds, Not Hours.

This tool isn’t just for combining multiple spreadsheets—it also makes cleaning up a single file effortless. Forget complex formulas and macros—just upload your sheet(s), quickly remove or filter columns, rename headers, or link matching fields across multiple files to build a powerful master report.

Remove unnecessary columns from messy exports in just a few clicks.

🔍

Filter out rows you don’t need—like inactive users or old transactions.

✏️

Rename messy headers (“UsrEmail” → “User Email”) for cleaner data.

🔗

Combine an employee list with app logs to find who needs access.

📊

Merge log data from multiple tools to create one unified dashboard.

🛡️

💡 Mapping Instructions

  • 1. Set Order: Drag entire file cards left or right. The leftmost card is the primary file for joins.
  • 2. Create Links: Drag a column name from one card and drop it onto the matching column in another card to create a relationship.
  • 3. Analyze Files: Select a file from the "File Stats" section below to see a detailed column analysis.

💡 Tips for Finalizing Your Report

  • Use Both Renaming Tools: "Rename Files" adds a prefix to all columns from that file (e.g., `HR - `). "Rename Columns" sets the final, clean name. They work together!
  • Uncheck to Hide: Uncheck any columns you don't need in the final report to keep it clean and focused. You can't unhide them later, so be sure.
  • Go Back if Needed: If you realize you mapped something incorrectly, just click the "← Back to Mapping" button to fix it without losing your work.

💡 Analysis Tips

  • Advanced Filtering: The "Filter" button now has powerful options like "contains" or "starts with" to help you quickly find specific data.
  • Spot Duplicates: Use the "Highlight Duplicates" button. Any rows highlighted in yellow were likely created from a one-to-many relationship you defined in Step 2.
  • Summarize with Pivot Tables: The "Create Pivot Table" tool is a fast way to group and summarize large amounts of data (e.g., count users by department).
